City Recognized Holidays

City Hall will be closed in observance of the following legal holidays. City Hall is typically open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The City Calendar will state the specific dates City Hall will be closed. While City Hall is closed, assistance in city services may be obtained via the online FAQ database or the online Service Request system.

Labor Day First Monday in September
Columbus Day Second Monday in October

Thanksgiving Day Fourth Thursday and the Friday after in November
Christmas Day December 25th

 

There will be no street sweeping on the following holidays:

  • New Years Day, January 1st
  • Memorial Day, last Monday in May
  • Independence Day, July 4th
  • Labor Day, first Monday in September
  • Thanksgiving Day, fourth Thursday in November
  • Christmas Day, December 25th

On days City Hall is closed for City-recognized holidays, street sweeping will occur, but street sweeping parking enforcement citations will not be issued.
