At the City of Manhattan Beach Utilities Division we pride ourselves in giving the highest quality of service to the City's many residents and businesses. The City is the direct provider of water, sewer and storm drain services.
The City recently modified water and sewer rates to accommodate increased wholesale water costs, to encourage conservation and to provide for critical infrastructure reinvestment.
